Distinguishing features: Tomoki has a series of scars over his back, like a bunch of x's. It starts on his shoulder blades, bleeding out onto his deltoids a bit, and goes all the way to his hip bones.
How does he/she dress?: Tomoki's a big an of harajuku fashion. He likes oddly shaped shirts with interesting patterns on them, and either sweatpants or skinny jeans. Most of his clothing can be found from the sheinside store. He really likes punk accessories, like studded wrist bands and the like. He's never seen without a pair of headphones.
Mannerisms: Tomoki has an odd habit of twisting himself up into various pretzel shapes when he's bored.

Health: He's surprisingly healthy for such a shut-in kid, though not nearly as healthy or fit as someone who spends most of their time doing physical activity.

Relationship skills: Tomoki is rather eccentric, but he has a natural charisma to him that attracts people. He tends to treat most people the same at face value, and doesn't seem to mind "awkward" silences either.
Educational Background: Tomoki attended Elementary School and Junior High, moving at an exceptionally high rate for his age. He dropped out of High School because he felt it was useless and spent his time pursuing other skills.
Intelligence Level: Tomoki is very much a genius.
Any Mental Illnesses?: Tomoki has ADHD, but he says it helps him mutli-task.
Learning Experiences: Tomoki's early learning experiences, in school, were bad for him. He was an intellectual prodigy, and found that even private schools held him back. As a result he didn't choose to participate most of the time and his grades suffered. After he dropped out he found learning to be a much better experience, as he dictated what he learned and how fast he learned it.
